What you're using
ApplyPilot AI is a browser extension that helps you fill out job applications. It's free during the beta. It uses an AI provider you select, with an API key you supply — we never act as the model.
What you agree to
- You're responsible for the accuracy of every application you submit
- You're responsible for your AI provider's costs and terms
- You won't use ApplyPilot to misrepresent yourself, your experience, or your eligibility
- You'll respect each job site's terms of service
What we don't promise
ApplyPilot is provided as-is. We try hard, but we can't guarantee that the extension will work on every form, that every generated answer will be accurate, or that we'll keep up with every ATS change overnight. Read what fills in before you submit.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ApplyPilot's liability for anything related to your use of the extension is limited to the amount you paid us — which during the beta is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a meaningful change, we'll surface it in the extension before the next time it autofills anything for you.
